Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum computing, AI ethics, climate tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for emerging technologies
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to embed 2026-ready innovations into their ecosystems
- Secure and manage $5M+ innovation grants from federal and private sources
- Present strategic insights at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, SXSW)
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership
- Proven track record scaling moonshot projects to commercial viability
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum, AGI, climate tech, or synthetic biology
- Executive presence with C-level stakeholder management experience
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field or business strategy
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan
- Fluency in systems thinking and scenario modeling tools
