Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify breakthrough technologies with 2026+ market impact
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market disruption forecasts
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into actionable prototypes
- Build and manage an innovation pipeline with rigorous evaluation frameworks
- Represent FuturEdge at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Quantify innovation ROI through advanced scenario modeling and risk assessment
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging technology adoption methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record launching market-defining products/services with 3+ year lead time
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, neuromorphic, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Innovation Management
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders

- Experience securing $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental projects
