Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, aligning breakthrough technologies with market needs

- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through government grants and corporate partnerships
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in executive leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field required
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, and sustainable AI
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) and corporate partnerships
- Published author in IEEE Nature or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, or Japanese for global collaboration
- Validated ability to scale innovation teams from 10 to 100+ members
