Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-driven KPIs
- Develop patent portfolios and intellectual property strategies
- Mentor junior innovators in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with proven 5+ year strategic planning impact
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to market deployment
- Strong background in venture capital or corporate innovation ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (e.g., Lean Startup, Stage-Gate)
- Track record of managing cross-continental innovation teams
