Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, biotech, and Web3 domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions using emerging tech stacks
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and opportunities
- Drive innovation sprints and hackathons to accelerate R&D cycles
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with leading academic labs and venture studios
- Manage $10M+ innovation budget with rigorous ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation, product management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Experience with agile methodologies and lean innovation frameworks
- Strong financial acumen for budget management and ROI analysis
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
