Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 3-year innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum computing, AI ethics, and metaverse integration frameworks
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-proof strategies into corporate DNA
- Drive R&D investments in biotech convergence and decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)
- Present innovation blueprints to industry consortiums and venture capital partners
- Mentor emerging talent in next-gen tech incubation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI, or spatial computing
- Proven track record of scaling ventures from concept to $10M+ ARR
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature Futures, or similar journals
- Strong network with DARPA, NASA, or similar forward-thinking institutions
