- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and technologists through quarterly innovation sprints
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level strategy roles
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 3+ year market impact (e.g., AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends and scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
