- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 3-5 year innovation pipelines aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Architect 'Future Intelligence Units' integrating predictive analytics, ethnographic research, and trend synthesis
- Deliver executive briefings translating complex futures into actionable business imperatives
- Champion cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping 2026-viable solutions
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field with 7+ years in strategic foresight
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning for 2025-2030
- Mastery of horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, weak signal detection)
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial innovation or policy impact
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future narratives to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
