Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap and strategic vision for the engineering department.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of supporting next-generation AI workloads.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including quantum computing and neural interfaces.
- Collaborate with product management and design teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Identify and mitigate architectural risks before they impact production systems.
- Establish coding standards and best practices for the 2026 development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in designing distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning infrastructure, and data pipeline architecture.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts and their application in future-proofing systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
