Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year strategic innovation frameworks aligned with organizational growth targets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Partner with C-suite executives to align future tech investments with business objectives
- Monitor global tech ecosystems and competitive landscapes for disruption opportunities
- Author visionary whitepapers and thought leadership content positioning our industry leadership
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning, R&D, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and implementing future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two disruptive tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, neurotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience building scenarios and strategic plans for 2025+ horizons
