Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists to prototype next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and international stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment and sustainable innovation practices
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through grant writing and venture partnerships
- Author thought leadership publications for MIT Technology Review and Nature Futures
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record of launching products with 7-figure+ impact
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier industry publications
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and technology forecasting
- Experience with UN SDG alignment and ESG reporting frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and system architecture modeling
