- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer emerging technologies
- Author thought leadership publications and executive briefings on future scenarios
- Quantify market readiness and investment potential for next-generation innovations
- Mentor teams in strategic foresight methodologies and future-proofing approaches
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with proven impact on long-term initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-organizational transformation programs
- Published thought leadership in future-oriented publications or journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent professional designation
