As a key member of our Future Intelligence Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to anticipate paradigm shifts in AI, biotechnology, and sustainable infrastructure. Your insights will directly shape product roadmaps, investment strategies, and corporate resilience initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities and risks through 2026+
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for AI governance, quantum computing adoption, and climate resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable strategic initiatives
- Produce forward-looking reports and executive briefs on industry evolution and competitive positioning
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and future-focused summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build a culture of anticipatory intelligence across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks (5-10 year horizons)
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, biotech convergence, or sustainable systems design
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience translating complex trends into executive narratives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or scenario-planning methodologies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent professional development
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams in distributed innovation environments
