Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze disruptive trends impacting 2026 landscapes
- Develop comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational growth objectives
- Conduct scenario planning for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology convergence
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning or futurism within tech/finance sectors
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, and synthetic biology
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Exceptional data modeling and trend analysis capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
