Responsibilities

- Design cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Advise C-suite on regulatory and ethical frameworks for next-gen systems
- Produce horizon-scanning reports for board-level strategic decisions
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Drive thought leadership through white papers and industry forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed or industry publications
- Experience with regulatory policy development for emerging technologies
