- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product innovation
- Author high-impact trend reports influencing C-suite decision-making
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout next-gen startups and IP
- Represent company at global futurist forums and tech summits
- Mentor innovation teams in scenario planning and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial success
- Deep expertise in technology adoption curves and diffusion theory
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience with horizon scanning and Delphi methodology
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Fluency in at least two future-critical domains (e.g., AI ethics, climate tech)
