Responsibilities

- Produce trend analysis reports identifying convergence points between quantum, biotech, and energy sectors
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed future-readiness into organizational DNA
- Design ethical guardrails for next-generation automation and augmentation technologies
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of at least two future-critical domains (e.g., quantum computing, synthetic biology, climate modeling)
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented frameworks or white papers
- Experience leading cross-cultural, interdisciplinary innovation projects
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent technical field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFK, CFP) preferred
