Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, biotech, climate resilience) to forecast 2026-2030 societal shifts
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across industries
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing business models
- Author white papers and thought leadership on disruptive innovation
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026-era challenges
- Monitor geopolitical and economic signals impacting future markets
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate foresight role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, nanotech, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio published in futurist journals or industry publications
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and data visualization
