Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning initiatives identifying disruptive trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop proprietary foresight frameworks using AI-powered trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Design strategic roadmaps for clients navigating quantum computing, AGI integration, and climate resilience
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing operations, workforce transformation, and ethical AI governance
- Produce actionable foresight reports synthesating geopolitical, technological, and socioeconomic vectors
- Build proprietary scenario-planning models for supply chain, energy, and healthcare sectors
- Mentor junior futurists while advancing the practice of strategic foresight through thought leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies role
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or future scenarios
- Experience advising C-suite executives across multiple industries
