Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech trends
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align vision
- Produce predictive models using proprietary data analytics platforms
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership events
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with proven 5+ year horizon forecasting experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience with venture capital portfolio strategy preferred
