Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Horizon Reports' analyzing technological, economic, and social disruptions
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for clients navigating 2026 market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with futurist networks and academic institutions
- Translate complex future projections into executive-level strategic recommendations
- Mentor junior strategists on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
