Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into enterprise roadmaps
- Produce executive-level reports and presentations on emerging technology impacts
- Facilitate cross-industry workshops on long-term strategic planning
- Build proprietary foresight models using proprietary Horizon Analytics platform
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism role
- Deep expertise in technology adoption lifecycle and societal impact modeling
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Scenario Planning, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in future trends or technology forecasting
