Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Author thought leadership on disruptive trends and their business implications
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and economic signals affecting long-term strategy
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and investor groups
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Experience developing multi-year strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Portfolio of published future outlooks or strategic initiatives
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
