Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for long-term organizational planning
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future-focused innovations into product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish cross-functional partnerships to embed future-thinking into company culture
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption signals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities for executive audiences
- Experience with strategic frameworks like STEEP, Delphi method, or weak signal analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published trend analyses
