Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging tech opportunities
- Analyze geopolitical, economic, and social trends to inform strategic roadmaps
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to investors, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and market disruption potential
- Curate thought leadership content on future tech trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of predicting market disruptions (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFIP) preferred
