You'll pioneer methodologies for horizon scanning, trend synthesis, and strategic foresight while building frameworks to navigate exponential change.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Architect scenario-planning models for quantum computing, AI governance, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into R&D roadmaps
- Establish KPIs and validation protocols for 2026 strategic initiatives
- Author thought leadership on emerging paradigms in technology ethics and human augmentation
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend analysis and scenario planning projects
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Deep understanding of global megatrends and geopolitical implications
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or related methodologies
