Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptive technologies to forecast market shifts through 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing priorities
- Produce actionable trend reports and whitepapers positioning Nexus Dynamics as an industry thought leader
- Design innovation pipelines integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable tech convergence
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-cultural indicators impacting long-term business strategy
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and analytical tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and system thinking
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3.0)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership on future trends (articles, books, keynotes)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CSFI, WFS)
