Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic indicators, geopolitical shifts, and technological breakthroughs to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-plaking frameworks for clients navigating AI governance, climate adaptation, and workforce transformation
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype future-proof business models and digital ecosystems
- Author executive briefings on quantum computing impacts, bio-economy evolution, and decentralized finance disruptions
- Design immersive foresight simulations using proprietary HorizonTech platforms to stress-test strategic resilience
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies and trend synthesis
- Pioneer new KPI frameworks for measuring organizational readiness for 2026-era challenges
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing horizon-scanning methodologies and trend-impact assessments
