Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic plans
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, blockchain, biotech, and quantum systems
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills with complex datasets
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (journal articles, books)
- Experience leading cross-continental teams and global stakeholder management
