- Produce horizon-scanning reports on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness across business units
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify emerging market opportunities
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
