Responsibilities

- Develop long-term strategic frameworks and innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026+ market projections
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to synthesize future insights into actionable business initiatives
- Deliver executive briefings and scenario-planning documents for board-level decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks through data modeling and predictive analytics
- Champion an innovation culture by embedding future-thinking into organizational DNA
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex future scenarios into compelling narratives
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS, CFS)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
