Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Create strategic roadmaps for enterprise adaptation to quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops with Fortune 500 clients on future-proofing their ecosystems
- Author white papers on emerging paradigms in decentralized economies and human-AI symbiosis
- Design simulation models for scenario planning in volatile geopolitical and technological environments
- Maintain proprietary trend database using machine learning and predictive analytics
- Represent Nexus Horizons at global innovation forums and policy summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or corporate innovation leadership
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI) and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization tools (Tableau, Flourish)
- Certification in futures research or strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, APF)
