Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socio-economic trends to identify strategic opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and roadmaps for digital transformation initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready capabilities into core offerings
- Monitor competitive landscapes and disruptor ecosystems
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategy, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism role
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling skills
- Deep understanding of global megatrends and their business implications
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FP) preferred
