- Identify and cultivate partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Quantify future market impacts through data-driven forecasting and competitive analysis
- Drive innovation culture initiatives across global teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, advanced materials)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
