- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with long-term vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future scenario planning and resilience strategies
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with emerging tech pioneers and research institutions
- Mentor junior strategists in future literacy and trend synthesis methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex future concepts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal transformation
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on future strategy
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner)
