Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, societal shifts, and market disruptions to identify opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing initiatives
- Produce high-impact trend reports and strategic roadmaps for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future concepts
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive intelligence
- Drive cultural transformation to embed foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, or digital transformation trends
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic plans
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Advanced degree in Business, Futures Studies, or related field preferred
