Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives mapping to 2026 technological and market evolution
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainability domains
- Develop actionable scenario-planning models for global market disruptions
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with ESG principles and UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into tangible product/service roadmaps
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, industry forums, and media engagements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, climate tech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies proficiency
