Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data visualization
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Monitor global geopolitical and technological shifts impacting industry landscapes
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation strategies
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFCS, CFP) or related advanced credentials
