Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future scenario planning and innovation roadmapping
- Produce trend reports and strategic briefs translating complex data into actionable insights
- Partner with product teams to integrate futurist insights into R&D pipelines
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic vision to executive boards and investor forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience facilitating C-level strategic planning sessions
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
- Fluency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi, scenario planning)
