Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize disruptive forces affecting global markets
- Produce quarterly Horizon Reports with actionable insights on AI ethics, climate adaptation, and neurotech integration
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into innovation pipelines
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and publish thought leadership in top-tier publications
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and exponential thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published author in foresight publications or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in at least one additional language (Mandarin/Spanish preferred)
