Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed futuristic thinking into product roadmaps
- Author quarterly foresight reports with actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist thought leaders and industry disruptors
- Design and implement innovation incubation programs for emerging technologies
- Quantify market readiness for 2026 technological shifts through predictive modeling
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing executable future-state strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) strongly preferred
