- Develop scenario-planning models for disruptive market shifts
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Author thought leadership on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future insights into action
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or MBA
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills
- Published research on long-term trend analysis
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Fluency in at least one analytical modeling framework
