Responsibilities
- Develop and operationalize the 2026+ strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype disruptive solutions in AI, quantum computing, and bio-convergence
- Deliver executive-level briefings on paradigm shifts in workforce automation, climate resilience, and human augmentation
- Architect the innovation pipeline by identifying and cultivating partnerships with emerging technology startups
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and risk assessment methodologies
- Champion ethical innovation principles in the development of autonomous systems and neuro-interfaces
- Mentor the next generation of futurists through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related quantitative/qualitative discipline
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership on post-2020 technological and societal transformation
- Deep technical fluency in AI, synthetic biology, and quantum computing trajectories
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., from World Future Society)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major strategic initiatives implemented from foresight insights
