Responsibilities

- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Author thought leadership content (whitepapers, reports) positioning our brand as a future-focused leader
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight methodologies across departments
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or technology innovation roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, Technology, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning tools and methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented work or strategic projects
