Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for clients to navigate quantum computing and AI evolution
- Produce actionable foresight reports on climate-tech convergence and circular economy models
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational structures and talent models
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical and technological disruption scenarios
- Partner with R&D teams to validate emerging innovations against market readiness
- Author thought leadership publications on sustainable tech adoption trajectories
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech research
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, quantum computing applications, and climate tech
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable strategies
- Experience facilitating C-level workshops on transformational change
- Published thought leadership in futurism or emerging technology domains
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
