Responsibilities

- Develop actionable strategic roadmaps for future product/service innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future scenarios and solutions
- Produce high-impact trend reports and foresight briefings for C-suite executives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused concepts
- Establish KPIs to track progress toward 2026 strategic milestones
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight Strategy, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
