Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026 market landscapes and disruptive technologies
- Design innovation frameworks for clients in healthcare, mobility, and digital ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce quarterly trend briefings for executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Partner with R&D teams to validate emerging technologies against future market needs
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic agility and future-readiness
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with documented outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis platforms
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Experience presenting to Fortune 500 boards and C-suite executives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
