Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030 market transformations
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing initiatives
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on disruptive technologies and societal impacts
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex foresight into actionable business strategies and investment frameworks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation labs, or futurist research roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., ACIF or CFPS) preferred
