Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socio-cultural trends to identify opportunities and risks through 2026
- Develop comprehensive future-scenario models and strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term vision and innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings translating complex data into strategic imperatives
- Partner with R&D to validate emerging technologies and accelerate prototype development
- Establish key performance indicators for future-readiness and track progress against strategic milestones
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Foresight (e.g., CFt) or strategic planning preferred
