- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track adoption metrics
- Drive cultural transformation to embed innovation across all departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or relevant field
- Experience building innovation frameworks in Fortune 500 environments
